Annual Air Potato Raid!

Mead Botanical Garden will again be a host site for Orange County Environmental Protection Division's Annual Air Potato Raid! If you like scavenger or Easter Egg hunts, you'll love participating in the air potato round up!

Come join the fun and help us rid Mead Botanical Garden of the invasive air potato! 

When:  Saturday, January 24, 2015
Sign in between 8:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. at the Pole Barn in Mead Garden 
Welcome & Project Instructions: 9:00 a.m.-9:10 a.m.
Air Potato Collection: 9:10 a.m.-11:45 a.m.
Clean-up and Prizes: 11:45 a.m.-Noon. 

This is a volunteer event for all ages. Please bring gloves and wear closed-toed shoes and long pants.
