2016 GrowVember Fall Plant Sale Vendor Application

Due to Hurricane Irma, we are keeping the discounted vendor registration fee!

The fee for a booth/space is $150.

Online application includes a secure payment option that allows you to pay by credit card via PayPal. If you would prefer to apply and pay by regular mail, please click here to download and print the vendor registration form. Mail it along with your payment to Mead Garden, Growvember Fall Plant Sale, P.O. Box 1227, Winter Park, FL 32790. Checks should be made payable to Mead Botanical Garden, Inc.
