Garden Boardwalk Ribbon Cutting

Mayor Steve Leary and city officials joined us and many volunteers at the official ribbon cutting ceremony for the Lake Lillian Boardwalk and Wetlands Restoration.

We are excited to share with you the wonderful news -- the southern loop of the boardwalk through the wetlands at Mead Garden has been rebuilt and is ready for your enjoyment.

Now that's good ol' fashioned summer fun! 

6 sessions from June 13-July 29 for kids ages 5-12.  NEW! Sessions for teens ages 13 & 14 are offered June 27-July 1 and July 18-22

The Great Duck Derby on Hiatus - Back in 2017

"The Great Duck Derby" takes a break and will return next year.  

Plans are underway for the 2017 derby. We invite volunteers to join in planning this delightful day. Please let us know if you are interested by emailing info@meadgarden.org
