Young Naturalist Explorers Series

The Young Naturalist Explorers series invites children to discover the wonders of Florida’s natural world through hands-on, interactive adventures! Each month features a new theme, from exploring wetlands and searching for gopher tortoises to going on bat hikes and uncovering the secrets of creepy crawlers.

Through fun, engaging activities and outdoor experiences, young explorers learn to observe, understand, and care for Florida’s diverse ecosystems. Our goal is to spark curiosity, inspire environmental stewardship, and nurture a lifelong love for nature.

Held each month in the Discovery Barn – doors open at 9:15AM and the program begins at 9:30 AM. These programs are wonderful opportunities to learn, explore, and connect with other curious-minded nature lovers.
